This maple/sitka beauty has a nice short attack with a nice midrange giving that great blues punch associated with old Gibson L-0 and L-00 models. All solid woods are used and it's entirely hand carved by Brent McElroy, one of the brightest new stars in the luthiery galaxy. It's a beauty to look at too: very flamey maple back and sides, burled maple rosette and maple bindings on top, back fretboard and head. It's topped by a single piece rock maple neck with ebony fretboard
